Purchasing Gift Cards
Gift Cards can be purchased in person at Guest Services or a Gift Card Kiosk at any Primaris Shopping Centre, or online as a digital card.
When you purchase a gift card in person, which can only be done at the shopping centre, you'll receive a physical gift card that you use similar to a physical credit card. When you purchase a digital gift card, it is a fully digital card. You can purchase it entirely online; you do not have to visit the shopping centre to purchase. After a series of steps, you will add your gift card to your phone wallet and complete purchases via tap.
Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and debit are accepted.
Gift cards are available from $10 to $1000.
No, all gift card sales are final.
Using the Gift Card
Gift cards can be used at all Primaris Shopping Centres across Canada at participating retailers. See our other shopping centre locations at primarisgiftcard.com.
Some stores may not accept the gift card depending on location; check the shopping centre website.

No, cards cannot be reloaded.
The remaining balance stays on the card for future purchases.
No, there are no fees associated with our gift cards, and the funds never expire. However, the physical card plastic does. The date the card plastic expires is listed on the back of the card. If your card plastic expires, please visit Guest Services and we will transfer your funds onto a new card.
Depending on the retailer's return policy, merchants will give store credit for returns, or the funds can be credited back onto your gift card. Please hold onto your card even if it is empty so that the funds can be put back on your card.
Balance, Fees & Expiry
To check your card balance or recent activity, call (within Canada) 800-755-8608 or go online to getmybalance.com. You will require the 16-digit card number and 6-digit security code shown on your card.

Returns & Refunds
Depending on the retailer's return policy, merchants will either give store credit for returns, or the funds can be credited back onto your gift card. Please hold onto your card even if it is empty so that the funds can be put back on your card.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
Notify Customer Service as soon as possible. Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced without adequate proof of purchase (original gift card receipt), and the corresponding gift card number. Please note that if the card is lost or stolen, there is the possibility of the card being used by someone other than yourself. We are not able to restore funds to the Gift Card at any time.
Digital Gift Cards
You can order a digital card by clicking here. You—or the recipient you choose (digital cards can be sent as gifts with a scheduled delivery date)—will receive an email with instructions. Follow the steps to access your card through the 'Get My eCard' app and download it to your digital wallet. Once added, the digital gift card can be used for purchases by tapping your phone. If you want to exchange your digital gift card for a physical card, you can do so. Please go to Guest Services.

Yes, each digital card can have a unique recipient email.
Contact EML Customer Service at 18886350506. They can verify the email address and resend the Digital Gift Card. For security reasons, an authentication process will be required.
Digital transactions use secure servers, SSL encryption, and a secure payment gateway.
The payment provider may refuse the transaction; you will be notified if so.
If your digital gift card is no longer in your wallet, log back into the 'Get My eCard' app with the email the gift card was sent to and redownload it to your wallet.
